Two founders who entered college as pre-meds, fascinated by how far biology and chemistry could take them. Their paths ran through defense and biosensing, and now they're on a mission to define what's humanly possible with accessible bioelectronics.
Founders
Anthony Vo
Chief Executive Officer
Leads 100HP's vision: strategy, fundraising, government and industry partnerships, and go-to-market.
Anthony traded the pre-med track for international relations and business at USC, and his work has stayed where health meets defense. He advised dual-use and defense companies at Pallas Advisors, studied patient populations with the VA and OHSU, and led a generative AI team at USCENTCOM J2 building open-source intelligence tools.
Ted Le
Chief Technology Officer
Leads HALO hardware R&D: sensor design, signal chain, firmware, and manufacturing.
Ted took the engineering route to the same questions: electrical engineering at USC, then biosensor and medical imaging research that made it into Nature Communications. Along the way he picked up unmanned aircraft and RF engineering with defense tech startups, work where hardware has to perform outside the lab.
Advisors
Gen. Mike Minihan (Ret.)
Military Advisor
Retired four-star general (USAF) and former Commander of Air Mobility Command. Experience introducing health wearables to the Air Force. Advises on Department of Defense adoption and warfighter pilots.
Yasser Khan, Ph.D.
Technical Advisor
Professor at USC Viterbi, Packard Fellow, and 2026 DARPA Young Faculty Award recipient. Works on wearable, ingestible, and implantable bioelectronics. Advises on product research and development.
